Fraude: "Negociador sem comissão" - um novo tipo de oferta da CopyFX

Nos últimos dias a empresa RoboForex (RoboOption/RoboTrade) empreende uma ataque sério na comunidade de traders com suas ações e promoções tentadoras. E principalmente dá ênfase ao seu sistema CopyFX. Vejam texto abaixo publicado no site da empresa:

"Temos o prazer de informar que você tem agora a oportunidade de usufruir de um novo tipo de oferta, "Negociador sem comissão". A distinção do novo tipo de oferta é que os Negociadores não recebem comissão pelas transações copiadas a partir das suas contas. Assim, como é que o esquema "Negociador sem comissão" poderá ser útil para os usuários da CopyFX?"

Pois bem, assim é a RoboForex em seu desespero para conseguir dinheiro fácil nos mercados financeiros. Seus dirigentes não são pessoas inteligentes, mas gananciosos e expertos em fraudes e maquinações. Digo isso porque participei na implementação do sistema CopyFX em português e vi com meus proprios olhos como o sistema foi desenvolvido de forma corrupta e enganosa. Consegui na empresa os originais de criação desse sistema e que tem por trás nada mais e nada mais as pessoas que constam nas listas negras e processos judiciais em vários países (veja http://www.anti-roboforex.com/en/post/2). 

Por isso, senhores traders estejam atentos as ações e promoções da RoboForex e principalmente evite seu sistema CopyFX que não é nada mais do que uma armadilha e mesmo que isso não seja assim a primeira vista. 

Alguns traders me perguntam sobre esse sistema e que parece ser tentador e fácil. Eu respondo: RoboForex e seus dirigentes corruptos nunca fazem nada para perder dinheiro, pois na realidade esse grupo não é um broker, mas uma máquina composta de russos gananciosos e de passado obscuro no Mercado Forex, pessoas que sairam de outros brokers.

- E as listas online de traders bem sucedidos que é divulgada e parece fácil ganhar dinheiro sem fazer nada.

R: engano caros amigos! Por trás do CopyFX estão jovens empresários gananciosos como Vitaly Avtaykin, Maxim Kuzmin (o pior deles) e uma cobra sorateira chamada Eugene Antokhov. Essas listas são geradas automaticamente e são fícticias e se você indagar a RoboForex eles nunca terão resposta e recorrerão as explicações absurdas com base em Acordo do Cliente. O sistema é uma forma disfarçada de dizer que somos bons e damos presentes quando na realidade é para manter os traders com seu dinheiro nas contas e desta forma ter mais tempo para perder. Tente retirar dinheiro na RoboForex? 

- É real o bônus de 50% no CopyFX?

R: Esta é uma resposta muito sistema. Se você atentar para as listas e contar aproximadamente 15 mil contas abertas com o valores que variam de 100 a 500 dolares. Já imaginou 50% de tudo isso? Agora responda você mesmo: será que uma empresa com contas bloqueadas em vários países, com processos judiciais por não pagar direitos trabalhistas irá simplesmente colocar à disposição do trader 50% de bônus? E além do mais para anunciar este bônus a empresa é obrigada a manter esse dinheiro numa conta sob supervisão dos reguladores. O que não acontece com  RoboForex, pois eles captaram você através de uma robotrade e jogam a reponsabilidade para a robofx e depois devolvem para a roboption e assim segue, ou seja, esquece seu dinheiro: você deu 100 dolares para ganhar 50 e depois você tenta retirar seus 100 dolares e descobre que transferência bancária só para valores acima de 500 dolares e que os saques não estão disponíveis para outros serviços de pagamento eletrônico. 

Senhores! isso é horrível e temos que deter essa gangue o mais rápido possível. Eu próprio discuti o assunto com os dirigentes da RoboForex que se escondem no Chipre e na Rússia, mas foi em vão. E eis o motivo de criarmos essa frente de combate às fraudes e maquinações da RoboForex.

In our previous article "Roboforex on the verge of bankruptcy", we wrote about the blocking of bankaccounts and corporate electronic wallets of Roboforex in international payment systems as the police investigation in several countries started against this scandalous forex broker. The investigation started because of numerous cases of fraud reported by clients.

At the moment, we can report that our source inside Roboforex informed us that in the UK a formal police investigation procedure against the company and its executives was officially initiated on 03 September 2014.

Appropriate notification, as well as the request to meet with the police investigator in London were delivered by international mail to Roboforex senior management on October 9, 2014.

We asked our anonymous informer inside Roboforex to provide us with a photo of this document so we can demonstrate to our readers the quality and validity of information on our blog. We hope that our friend inside Roboforex will be able to send us this photo.

Now, after realizing the real prospects of criminal responsibility under the European legislation, the leaders of Roboforex started emergency evacuation of the technical structure of the company (transit websites and trader’s rooms of clients and partners), as well as customer deposits to the Caribbean offshore companies. You can see that Roboforex transfers to "transit" offshore company RoboTrade all customers "automatically" that means FORCIBLY!!! The choice to move or not left only to some European customers, because Roboforex is afraid that this can trigger second criminal investigation in addition to current one that takes place now in London. However, Roboforex has no more than 5-7% of such European clients.

Also note that in the text of the news Roboforex REFUSES to withdraw the deposits of those customers who did not pass or will not pass the verification!!!

Company makes it mandatory for the clients to pass the complete verification of their Live Accounts. Funds withdrawal will be available only for verified clients. In addition to that, some of the clients will have to specify additional personal information when they login to their Live Accounts.

We wonder what additional information and documents clients now must add to their personal data? How difficult it will be now to verify the account? What documents will Roboforex now start nitpicking to delay payments?

This all is very similar to the situation with a scandalous pyramid MMCIS, which also used the difficult verification procedure to stop withdrawals and to stop the outflow of customer deposits. However, as we see, this did not help MMCIS, and they are now bankrupt.

Our friend inside Roboforex reports that since the spring of 2014, the company experiences severe lack of funds for paying customers, and to cover running costs. In reality Roboforex DOES NOT give ECN and STP service to its clients!!! 

Choosing ECN account the client receives only the illusion of transferring trades to the FOREX interbank market. This beautiful picture is just fake, and nothing more. All transactions RoboForex keeps inside their dealing desk and does not transmit anywhere. If you request RoboForex to provide you with proof of placing your trading orders to any counterparty, they always reject to do so, citing the fact that it is prohibited by the agreement that you accepted during register of your account on their website !!! 

But why not to show the client a way that took his deal?

 Yes, simply because there is no such path, all transactions remain within the RoboForex company. But what about the risk management, you ask? The most curious thing that the risk management of Roboforeks, (the company that positions itself as a true and honest STP broker), is a specialized program that just does not give the trader an opportunity to systematically make profit!!! This is the way Roboforex manages risks! In a nutshell they will allow sometimes you to get a large one-time profit, but the the essence of this article is to explain you what punishment for your account will follow after this! 

RoboForex - technology of robbery on FOREX: 

There is a specialized program designed by department of dealing of Roboforex. The essence of this technology is that as soon as your trading account will earn 20-25% of the profits starting from the last value of your account balance, your account is automatically transferred to a special group called "problem accounts”. For example, you have deposited to the account $ 100 and immediately earned $ 22 - you get to the "problem" group accounts automatically immediately after the closing of this transaction. Or, for example, you deposited $ 100, then lost $ 25 and your balance is $ 75 - in this case you will not fall into the group of "problem" accounts RoboForex. However, if the next transaction or several transactions increase your balance, for example, up to $ 91, then your account is automatically placed in a group with "special" Dealing, because an increase of more than 20% since the last balance value happened! 

From this moment RoboForex will try to do everything to prevent you from earning more than the sum that you already lost for them! The faster the market moves, the greater the slippage they will make. In the Internet, you can find complaints of traders who had slippage up to 70 points on four digits quoted accounts and 7000 on five-digits.
